Beautiful Décor Ideas for Your Roka / Sagaai / Tilak Ceremony

In Biyaah Haath Festivity we provide you with the best and most diligent hands available to accomplish your Roka, Sagaai, or Tilak décor so as they set a perfect mood for you. A minimalistic design with fresh flowers — roses, peonies, and hydrangeas would bring a polished but still playful aesthetic. These soft pastel-colored blossoms of blush, peach, and ivory achieve a romantic elegant feel to the decor. You can complement the subdued elegance with fine drapes to match in colors that are soft and soothing gold like pastel pink, mint or so.

To add a traditional touch, consider rustic seating arrangements with Diwans or Floor Cushions, giving your event a cultural charm. Personalized entry signage framed with florals like Baby’s Breath or Ranunculus offers a whimsical, delicate look, welcoming your guests with grace. These thoughtful and elegant decorative touches will ensure your ceremony is both visually stunning and culturally rich.

Chic Vibes and Endless Fun: Your Perfect Bachelor/ Bachelorette Party

If you’re looking for a bachelor or bachelorette party that’s stylish, fun, and perfect for a young, vibrant crowd, I suggest a “Chic and Glam” theme that will truly elevate the experience. Imagine sleek neon signs accompanied by bold flower fixtures and shiny glass sculptures to evoke an effluent vibe as a contemporary alternative to the common balloon archway, or whimsical animal balloons that can make any occasion seem juvenile. The statues, combined with metal features and soft white halogen lighting will give the establishment a high-end luxurious feel. We will create floral backdrops with our love and passion to design every detail elegant and Instagram-worthy. The lounge setup with lush couches, warm lighting, and ornamentations will be a great spot for your guests to simply sit and enjoy the party.

More than just decorations, we will keep you entertained with cocktail workshops, a karaoke setup/DJ, and grazing platters filled with artisanal bites. With our modern luxury and innovative design-inspired decor, we are confident that your event will be a unique affair where all its beauty and every detail shine!

Mayra/Bhaat Ceremony: A Grand and Emotional Welcome

A lot of emotions are ingrained in the Mayra/Bhaat ceremony as it is the ideal time when a sister, now a mother welcomes her parents and her siblings along with their families at her child’s wedding with all pomp and show. This moment is filled with love, respect, and deep emotions, as the family arrives with gifts and blessings for her and her child’s wedding. It’s the one opportunity, after her marriage, to give her family the grandest welcome they deserve.

To make the welcome a memorable one, let’s begin with the traditional dhol and nagada announcing with joy and excitement about the family’s arrival. They can be greeted at the entrance with Chandan and Kumkum, giving them an auspicious ceremony to respect their entry.

We can also make a flowering pathway covered with marigold garlands and fresh petals which symbolize the warmth of welcome. Meanwhile, their walking in can be accompanied by a light shower of rose petals from above, the sound of shehnai playing subtly in the background. We can add personal welcome trays full of gifts, sweets, and traditional Pagdi or stoles neatly made.

Biyaah Haath Festivity understands the sentiments and importance of this ceremony, which is why we are here to ensure that you welcome all your loved ones with a grand bash that they will cherish forever!

Mehendi Ceremony: A Vibrant Village Mela Experience

Why have just a Mehendi when you can make it a full-scale village Mela? Whether you would like to taste the magic of Rajasthan with our Mehendi artists for the ladies or relax and fancy a foot spa station for the gentlemen….every guest that attends will feel pampered at your celebration. It may be even more interesting if we put up some live game counters — like a Snakes and Ladders board in life-size — which should make the guests compete with one another cheerfully.

The entertainment doesn’t stop there—Expect live puppet shows as well as traditional bangle-making stations and many other live counters where you can watch the artisans at work—entertainment will be aplenty!

The entire decor will be woven around the theme of a bustling village mela too. Imagine a classic archway with garlands of marigolds and vibrant fabrics for the entrance.

To bring the lively & colorful spirit of traditional village fairs, we can use brightly colored drapes, rustic wooden furniture, or hand-painted clay pots that are signature elements of traditional village fairs. The string lights and bright colorful lanterns will help to lend a warm, festive glow that helps in creating the perfect ambiance for this joyful event.

To add a whimsical touch, we can use handcrafted umbrellas suspended from the ceiling along with decorative kites. Woven mats and vibrant rugs can be used for creating cozy seating areas and we can add chaarpaies ( traditional Indian cots) as extra seating to reflect the village theme.

Placed in decorated carts or traditional wooden kiosks, even the cocktail and mocktail bars can become part of your theme with their colorful, refreshing range of options.

From colorful, textural, and traditional elements, this decor style will transport your guests into the festive atmosphere of an actual Rajasthani village fair, and give everyone present at your Mehendi ceremony an experience worth remembering joyfully.

Sangeet Ceremony: A Night of Music and Magic with Stunning Décor

Opt for a dazzling starlit setting for your sangeet, to make it the party of the century under the stars. The stage can be set up with starry lighting, complemented by vibrant floral arrangements that tie into the blue or pink color scheme. We can create cozy seating areas with plush cushions and draped fabrics, keeping the venue stylish yet comfortable for guests. As you sit there with your guests, enjoying the dance performances and looking out at twinkling lights hanging overhead that illuminate a world of wonder.

To take it up the ante a little higher, we can go for something more elegant like beautiful blue pottery or pink pottery theme and use real things from blue pottery or pink pottery pieces to keep as centerpieces and decorations …even as serving dishes. These blue pottery designs give the modern vibe of the evening a touch of Rajasthani heritage and balance out the tradition and contemporary style perfectly.

Although it’s a family affair, we can also spice things up for you by organizing a celebrity artist to perform at your Sangeet and make it an incredibly memorable experience. Furthermore, if you are planning to perform on stage, then we can arrange for an experienced choreographer to create unforgettable choreography that will enthrall your guests.

Bohemian-style: All of these creative ideas about star-gazed decoration with a pretty blue/ pink pottery set-up will let you have that perfect dazzling night full of tradition, beauty & joy.

Haldi Ceremony: A Colorful Celebration with Local Folk Flair

The Haldi ceremony is more than a tradition and why not if you can have it done in the style of Rajasthan then who would want it any less? Beautiful Kalbeliya, Chari, Ghoomar, and Bhawai dancers can be invited to perform at your Haldi adding a cultural touch that will amaze your guests. The beauty of this idea is that your guests can jump in there and dance, creating an atmosphere of shared fun and celebration.

Let’s add Phoolon ki Holi to take this celebration to another level. Think of a live local folk band singing traditional Holi and Haldi songs while guests playfully tossing flower petals on the to-be couple and each other. This uplifts the mood of the ceremony and creates a stunning, interactive experience for all.

The main color for décor is bright yellow and we can pair it with a contrasting one of your choice, such as —say— yellow with soft pinks, mints, magenta, or even vivid oranges to get this standout yet still coherent effect. The venue is decorated with real flowers such as marigolds & roses and  tables with citrus fruits and floral arrangements that give it a touch of organic. Imagine a bright entrance with yellow drapes and floral garlands plus, hanging fruit baskets that essentially bring fresh elements into the space.

Let’s use bright and vibrant fabrics on all seating spots – Get low seating options and place them amidst layers of flower petals, we can use brass pots filled with water and flowers; this is traditional yet looks very elegant. This Haldi ceremony will be a colorful, fun-filled celebration with traditional folk elements, blending in with vibrant décor that leaves everyone in awe.

Wedding Décor: A Dream Celebration in White and Pink Elegance

Now, envision a classic white and pink theme for this special day that can blend tradition with elegance flawlessly. The venue will be decorated with Lotus flowers and Rajnigandha to give it a gentle romantic look. Candles in Cylindrical Glass Vases filled with candles line the pathways creating a warm ambiance for your guests as they arrive. Chandeliers that hang overhead will add a luxurious royal touch to the surroundings.

The majestic domes (Gumbads) in the heritage properties of Jaipur add grandeur and magnificence to weddings. We can arrange Varmala under one of these grand domes. The view of the couple exchanging garlands under the dome, framed by tradition and royalty, will be a breathtaking sight from the ground. A soft flower shower will fall over the couple to bless them…. At that magical moment, firecrackers from behind the dome will light up the sky, completing the experience of a dreamy and unforgettable moment… giving a magnificent, awe-inspiring show, mesmerizing everyone.

For Mandap, imagine hanging bells or Kaleereins dancing over you as canopies when you take your Pheras adds that spiritual element to your ceremony. The mandap will have a grand scene with royal sitting for the bride and groom and their guests along with lush drapes and flowers. Soft fabrics and fresh flowers will also royally dress the area following the theme of white & pink.

    Baraat Procession and Groom’s Entry

A well-assembled Baraat will feature a grand display of tradition combined with royalty. The groom can have a grand entrance in an old vintage car or even a royal elephant, surrounded by horses with flags and camel wearing brightly colored attire walking in harmony with the celebration. On the Swagat Dwar, the groom and baraati will be greeted in royal style with chandan kumkum. The gents would be given Pearl and Lotus malas and the ladies would be gifted aromatic gajras of jasmine, adding grace and tradition to this happy moment.

Featuring dreamy Darbar Hall and vast-scale outdoor venues like the Samode Bagh, Samode Palace is certainly appropriate for weddings ranging from small intimate ceremonies to grand-level galas. The palace’s team of chefs creates a lavish spread of Rajasthani fare and international cuisines, ensuring your wedding feast is second to none.

Your wedding celebration at Samode Palace appears to be a regal affair which is nothing less than a way that every moment has washed in the colors of luxury, elegance, and timeless beauty.

    Bride’s Grand Entry

It will be a magical bridal entrance. An elegant Phoolon ki chadar will be held over her head, supported by her brothers or maybe she’ll make a grand entry in a palki, making her look like the regal diva proceeding towards a new phase of her life. Her way is shining bright with candles… Dhol-Tassha, flower -shower loudly announcing the entry of a princess.
